HIGH PRESSURE LAMINATE PANELS

Sparkling clean!

HPL meets all the demands of hygiene in the commercial field.

HPL – high pressure laminate panels are characterised by their versatility and the many décor options which they can be used for.

Valued for years in the commercial field.

How a high pressure laminate panel is made

A highly technical process is used to manufacture high pressure laminate panels from functional raw materials.  Cellulose sheets are pre-impregnated with heat treatable resins and then pressed into homogenous panels at a constant pressure of at least 70 bar.

Depending on its intended use, the panel core of phenolic resin is provided with one or two decorative surfaces of melamine resin. This resin is one of the hardest and most durable synthetic materials used for industrial purposes. Such high pressure bonding results in surfaces which are completely sealed.

Diversity for living, learning and working

HPL is available in all plain colours and a large selection of imaginative decors. Many natural looks such as woven, wood veneer, marble, etc. can also be realistically reproduced.

HPL is also available in a variety of different structural surface finishes.
